Up at 4am, on the water at 5:30. Slow start, fish started biting at around 8. Caught 6 crappies, 6 white bass, 2 keepers, one catfish. All on FlickerShad, transparent orange was the best. Downrigger at 16 to 20’ with 35’ of line out was the combo, 1.6 to two mph. Clear and hot day. Cleaned the fish at the cleaning station, need to pickup a cordless fillet knife and some gloves. Cleaned all of the red meat away, olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic and herbs, marinate for 4 hours cook in grill basket over high heat. Very good fish!
